Team EnCompass

Who are the members of Team EnCompass?

Team EnCompass is a network of professionals and businesses partnering with Great Explorations and is dedicated to changing lives one adventure at a time.  Members are passionate about investing in young people and leverage their time, influence, talent, and resources to empower future difference-makers.

What do professionals and businesses involved with EnCompass do?

During their 2- or 3-year cycle of service, professionals and businesses:

  • Sponsor or secure sponsors for at least 1 Explorer Adventures participant per year

Professionals and businesses may also: 

  • Open their workplace for interactive excursions
  • Travel with Explorer Adventures as "expert witnesses"
  • Use their specific gifts and talents to fill Great Explorations needs
  • Introduce Great Explorations to other businesses or organizations that could potentially host site visits
  • Seek out other potential enCompass members
